  Edit - stitched us up with the caravan deposit of $50 per person. They said they'd pay it back in a week as 2 of the 4 of us checked out, then the other 2 two days later. Upon us all having checked out, they said that the caravan was left a mess. Which it wasn't, it had been left in a cleaner state than arrival. Likely due to the fact that others had left the caravan park owning them money, so they needed to make some back!!

  Same thing happened to us aswell, they said they'ld refund our bonds into our bank account thru a refund on eftpos but it just never happened even if we always tried to pay in schedule and did not ignore any rules.

  Also the first one we stayed it had a bed bug problem, which staff knew about, but only told us so when we told them we'd found bed bugs!

  This place is amazing! Or the community lives inside I'm not pretty sure. Beautiful mornings, funny evenings. There are literally people from everywhere living inside peacefully, hippie and friendly.

  They even tolerate sometimes when you can't pay for two consecutive weeks but one thing which I heard from kinda everybody is they don't want to give your bond back.

  Great place for to come and do your farmwork for the second year visa. I would highly recommend it as it's nice and cheap which is ideal for backpackers and there is a lot of work in the area at most times of year. Joy and the rest of the staff are always helpful and will give you a list of contractors for the Lockyer Valley region when you arrive so you can find work. Made lifelong friends here during my 4 and a half months, the caravan park is a great place to meet people!

  Great place to go for backpackers looking for farm work. Staff provide you with contact details for local contractor and will always help you where possible. Strong community feel in the caravan park, made lots of life long friends here.
