    Rude staff. Package I received was faulty on pickup so I requested a return to the sender. 2 weeks later....parcel is still sitting at Auspost. Phone them up and the staff put the blame on me!

    How disgusting! I had a delivery, she drove up my driveway like a bat out of hell almost hit the mailbox then honked the horn twice really loud. I couldn't believe it when I asked her about coming to the door she said she had been told they were not to leave there vehicle ? How do you deliver a parcel without leaving your car! I said do you realise you almost hit my mailbox she replied oh yeah just barely!!!! Absolutely never using them again will pay for a courier! Disgusting service in Gatton.....
