  After numerous emails and phone calls to Simpson and his managers in that Dept, I've lost patience. No calls are returned. No emails are replied to and the generic LVRC mailbox does NOT respond - despite their claims to the contrary.

  These people think they are a law to themselves and treat us, the rate payers... as mere nuisances. When the boys at LVRC finally get around to answering an email or returning a phone call, this matter might be finalised. Until then, we wait... and wait... and wait... until it suits Lockyer Valley Regional Council.

  Making complaints to the LVRC Animal Noise Dept (barking dogs) is a waste of time! So why do we pay dog regos - other than to employ these people?

  When after not being contacted by this Dept you become annoyed, the public serpents within these Depts refuse to respond to your attempted contact with them. It's like spoiled brats not answering your calls because THEY are upset you have taken such a stand with THEIR ignorance.

  A matter that's been running for some 18 months is STILL not finalised and a requested phone call and contact, asking for finalisation is being ignored all because they do not like being asked to finalise and/or make an explanation for the delays and lack of action.
