  both staff did not believe me and tried to ring Cameron without success, to check my story.. One staff said that he had rung Uniden who told them that it was not supposed to work all the time!!! Right! Both staff 'ganged'up on us make us feel that we were trying to cheat the shop. Finally when my husband told them he paid $6 a month to Telstra for the service he expected it to work, we got our money back. We definitely were not about to exchange the phone and risk being treated like that again. We do not intend to shop there again ever.
